WSQ Create Customer Experience
Create Customer Experience module will equip the students with the understanding, knowledge and skills on recognizing customer needs and concerns, how to display personalised service and how to create value services to delight customer. These competencies leads into a successful creation of a positive customer experience.
This module also enables the learner to understand service culture and values, how to greet customers according to organisational practice, various customs and traditions of different cultures, how to communicate effectively, delivery procedures and policies, levels of customer service, how to handle problems according to organizational policies and Organizational Service Promise.
Upon completion of this programme, learners will be able to apply a wide-range of management skills and knowledge including:
- Preferably with GCE ‘N’ Level with minimum credit in English and Mathematics OR
- WSQ ES Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level 4
