WSQ Tourist Guide Programme (Mandarin)
Introduction
The WSQ Tourist Guide Training Programme aims to equip learners with the essential knowledge and application skills to describe Singapore heritage, culture, key landmarks, memorials, recommend Singapore experience, write & review tour commentary, conduct tour and enhance the guiding techniques of learners.

Part-time: Class room Training (Tue & Thu:6.45 to 9.45pm and Sat: 9.00am to 4.00pm or )
Practical Trips (Sat: 9.00am to 6.00pm and Some Suns: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
- Full-time: Classroom Training & Practical Trips (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)

Entry Requirement
· Over 21 years old of age and medically fit
· Possess a GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent with the following language proficiency :
Guiding Language in Mandarin:
i) At least 1 GCE 'O' Level pass in Chinese (min. Grade B4); or
ii) Business Chinese Test level 4 and
iii) Primary 6 pass in English or WPL level 3 AND
iv) Basic understanding of Tourism industry and organisational products and services
v) Preferably 1 year of working experience in travel related industry
