On completion of the competency unit, the learner will have the knowledge and application skills in conducting a tour. This includes to:
1. Describe Types of Travel
2. Describe Travel Terms
3. Describe World Geography
4. Describe IATA Codes
5. Understand Time Zone Differences and Flying Times
6. Describe Travel Insurance
Mode of Instruction
Lectures, discussions, assessments, demonstrations, case-studies, practical exercises and activities
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA).
- Preferably with GCE ‘N’ Level with minimum credits in English and Mathematics OR
- WSQ ES Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level 4
