To equip participant with the fundamental skills for those who are new to the Housekeeping environment of the Hospitality sector.

Certification
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will receive 3 Statement of Attainments (SOAs). For progression, participants can pursue a WSQ Certifi cate in Hotel & Accommodation Services (Housekeeping).
Entry Requirement
- Completed Secondary School with pass in English OR
- WSQ ESS Workplace Literacy Level 3 (in at least 2 modalities)

Terms & Conditions for WDA Funding
Company-Sponsored Applicant- Applicant must be Singaporean or Singapore PR.
- Applicant must achieve 75% attendance for EVERY unit and pass ALL assessments.
- Application fee, re-assessment fee and any other fees are not funded by WDA.
- Should the applicant resign or be terminated, the sponsoring company will not be eligible for funding. If applicant wishes to continue with the course, he/she can apply as Self-Paying Applicant. Terms and conditions apply.

The absentee payroll will be disbursed to the company through SKILLSCONNECT when the participant has fulfilled ALL the following:
- Completed ALL the required SOAs.
- Completed full training within 3 months and pass ALL assessments.
- Applicant must be Singaporean or Singapore PR.
- Applicant must achieve 75% attendance for EVERY unit and pass ALL assessments.
- Application fee, re-assessment fee and any other fees are not funded by WDA.

Applicants are liable to pay back the funding if ANY of the following is not fulfi lled:
- Completed ALL the required SOAs.
- Completed full training within 3 months and pass ALL assessments.
- Self-paying applicants are NOT entitled to absentee payroll.
- Applicant must pass the interview conducted by TMIS.
TRANSFER/WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Transfer PolicyTransfer policy is applicable to students who wish to transfer from one course to another within TMIS.
Students who wish to transfer are required to fill in the "Student Transfer Form" avaiable at the reception and hand the completed form back to the receptionist. A transfer fee of S$214 (inclusive of 7% GST) will be chargable.
The application for transfer is subjected to TMIS's approval and students will be informed of the outcome with seven (7) working days. Upon approval, the students will be charged for the modules consumed and the balance will be transferred to the new course.
Withdrawal/Refund PolicyTMIS is committed to providing quality trraining for the travel and tourism industry. We assure out students that we have put inplace a good system to look after the welfare of our students. We strive constantly to maintain a high level of good business practices.
Refund Request

TMIS will refund in full to protect students who immediately withdraw from the course in the event of any of the following:
- It fails to continue business due to insolvency and/or regulatory closure and/or non-conformance during service delivery;
- It fails to commence the course on the course commencement date due to insufficient numbers to form a viable class cohort, or for any unforseen circumstances;
- It terminates the course, for any reason, prior to the course commencement date or the ccourse completion date;
- It fails, for any reason, to complete the course by the course completion date; or
- The Student's Pass application if rejected by the Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA)
TMIS shall, within seven (7) working days, notify the student, provide the student with information and details of the alternative confirmed course arrangement to allow the student to make timely and appropriate decsion.

All application fees paid to TMIS are non-refundable. All other fees paid are refundable based on our refund policy as follow:

Notes:
- Students who wish to do a withdrawal or request for refund must fill up the Student Withdrawal & Refund Form
- TMIS will review requests for refund based on compassinate reason(s), if any, on a case-by-case basis
- All refunds will be made in Singapore Dollars within seven (7) days after receiving the written notice
- Any bank charges incurred during the course of refund will be borne by the student
- International students must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance as stipulated by ICA. Breach of reglatory requirement will render cancellation of student pass and no refund of fees will be made
